What Correspondence Conveyancing services does Fyshe Inc. render?
- We attend to the checking of all documents including preparation and, if necessary, arranging lodgement and lodging of documents.
- We monitor the process and advising of lodgement, prep and registration as well as removing prep notes and registration. We also monitor the accounting in registration and delivery of documents post-registration (in Pretoria this is currently within two to three weeks).
- We also do all searches for property details, interdicts and endorsement and will attend to the rectification of data or deeds which have been wrongly endorsed.
- We supply copies of deeds, SG diagrams and sectional plans and attend on the Deputy Registrars to answer queries.
- In the event of an incorrect rejection, we will attend on the examiner who rejected and on the Deputy Registrar for corrective maintenance.
