Established in 1996, the firm was originally known as Dykes Daly Fyshe Incorporated due to its original formation emanating as it did out of the Randburg firm of Dykes Daly.

The name was changed after several years and become Fyshe Incorporated, as it is now known.
Fyshe Incorporated practices from the residence of its Director in the green, leafy Pretoria East suburb of Faerie Glen.
